5.3 Pre-Existing Materials
Dandelion Labs retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, or methodologies used in delivering Services. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use such materials within their project.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, business plans, technical specifications, source code, and financial information.
Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law or as necessary to perform the Services.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms for Services are specified in individual service agreements or statements of work. General payment policies include:
- Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may incur interest charges
